Please find outlined below the standard Dr Robi Events terms and conditions
Australian copyright laws prevent recording of the presentation in any means including digital, audio, video recordings without the express written consent of Dr Robi.
Dr Robi is not confirmed for an event until a signed agreement and 50% deposit has been received (payable upon registration). Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation fees do apply to bookings, specifically:
- In the event of cancellation by The Client, the 50% deposit is not refundable
- In the event of cancellation by The Client less than one week before the event date, the full fee is payable.
- In the event of cancellation by Dr Robi, all monies paid will be refunded to The Client. Where possible and if The Client so chooses, an alternative speaker may be provided in lieu of the refund.
Where speaking engagement takes place more than 100km from Davos (Switzerland), a full day workshop fee applies regardless of speaking duration. Transport and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the Client.
Where products are made available for sale at events, seminars and workshops 100% of the sales is retained by Dr Robi Events.
